Sliced Tomatoes with Olive Oil

I love tomatoes. You may have guessed that if you have been reading my recipes. Here’s another very quick tomato dish that I make quite frequently. Very simple. Very tasty. Just the other night, I served it with a lightly breaded chicken breast, my cheesy potatoes, and roasted garlic loaf. Mmmmm Good! It’s similar to my tomato and asparagus recipe, but it uses different seasonings.

You will need:

Fresh tomatoes, sliced

Garlic Salt

Dried Oregano Leaves

Olive Oil

Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a platter. Sprinkle them with garlic salt and oregano. Drizzle with olive oil. Soooo Good! Enjoy!
