Marinated Grilled Steak

Yesterday I shared my recipe for marinated and grilled shrimp.Today I thought I would tell you how I marinate my steaks for grilling.Just a simple combination of spices and olive oil that makes any steak taste delicious.Try this next time you grill your steak. You will like this.My family surely does.

You will need:

Steaks (I used boneless rib eyes.)

Garlic Salt

Granulated Garlic

Black Pepper

Oregano Leaves

Olive Oil

Place the steaks in a large baking pan or on a large platter.Using your fork, stab each steak several times.(This is my version of tenderizing and it helps the seasonings get inside the meat.)

Sprinkle the seasonings on each steak, in the order listed above. Then drizzle some olive oil on each steak.Use the back side of the fork to flatten/press the seasoning and oil into each steak.

Turn the steaks over, and repeat the same process on the other side.

Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Grill over medium heat.Tender and Delicious!Enjoy!
